Roles and Responsibilities of a Nursing Care Giver in Japan
As a nursing care worker in Japan, your primary responsibility is ensuring the safety and well-being of elderly residents in nursing homes. Key duties include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and helping with mobility. You will also engage in functional training and provide emotional support to patients.
Eligibility Criteria for Nursing Care Jobs in Japan
Minimum Age: 18 years or older
Educational Requirement: Completion of at least 12th grade
Language Proficiency: JLPT N4 level or above (must be able to demonstrate have general conversations in Japanese Language)
Skills Certification: Pass the caregiver skills test
Gender: Open to all
General Working Conditions
Location: Various regions across Japan
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
Holidays: Weekends and national holidays; 123-130 days off annually
Overtime: Paid according to Japanese labor laws
Remuneration: ¥160,000-¥170,000 per month (approximately NPR 1,46,000 - NPR 1,55,000)

Examination Type: Computer-Based Testing (CBT) at designated centers
